About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to shape the future of financial crime prevention in a world increasingly powered by agentic AI systems. 

You’ll help design complex, high-trust workflows used by analysts, compliance officers, and investigators to combat fraud, AML (anti-money laundering), and financial misconduct. You will be joining a growing team of Researches, UX designers, UI designers who work closely with product managers and software engineers to build compelling user experiences. We champion user centered design in a Research driven practice. We’re looking for someone to help us scale and improve our practices even further while delivering market leading products. 

Expectations: 

Simplify Complex Systems

Turn highly regulated, data-dense processes into efficient, usable interfaces

Reduce cognitive load in multi-step workflows (case management, KYC, transaction monitoring)

Design for edge cases and risk scenarios

Collaborate Across Disciplines

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Quality and E2E testing

Contribute to product strategy and roadmap, especially around AI capabilities

Facilitate design workshops and discovery sessions with customers and users

Builds good working relationships with tech teams

Drive End-to-End Design

Own design from research → concept → prototyping → delivery

Conduct user research with analysts, investigators, and compliance experts

Iterate quickly based on qualitative and quantitative insights

Design for Scale & Systems

Contribute to a design system for complex enterprise products, during its evolution to machine-readable infrastructure.

When needed, ensure consistency across multi-product ecosystems and AI touchpoints

Experience in gathering fragmented experiences into coherent platform journeys

Contribute to building and maintaining customer journeys, job to be done and value across all product portfolios

Core Skills

Strong experience designing complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces

Familiar with Spec Driven Development practices and agentic workflows 

Has a good knowledge on accessibility compliance (A11y) 

Familiar with Research and prototyping tools along with front end development terms and best practices

Have a deep understanding of design principles and industry trends

Expertise in interaction design and information architecture

Proficiency in tools like Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems

Can demonstrate work process methodology including user workflows, wireframes, design exploration and prototypes

Can clearly articulate your design decisions and explain the 'why'

Can iterate your work based on testing and data analysis

Primary Location Base Pay Range: France - Paris (Rue de Bercy) €64,400 - €107,300.
