Full description
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, Clinical Laboratory Management, or a related healthcare field.
2. Training and Experience: Five years of progressive laboratory experience and three years of healthcare project management, implementation, operational improvement, or leadership experience. Experience managing multiple projects and working with laboratory systems, workflows, and regulatory requirements. MLS/MT, PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
3. Job Knowledge: Knowledge of clinical laboratory operations, testing workflows, and accreditation requirements. Strong organizational, analytical, financial, written, and verbal communications skills. Ability to manage competing priorities, lead without direct authority, influence stakeholders, and drive change. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

DESCRIPTION:
Leads and coordinates laboratory projects across Unity Health, including operational improvement, regulatory readiness, technology and equipment implementations, facility projects, and strategic growth. Partners with laboratory leadership and key departments to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational goals.
Physical Effort: Prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and computer use; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; regular travel between Unity Health facilities and external vendor locations.
