About the job

We are seeking a talented, experienced Embedded SW Test Automation Engineer to support the Bluetooth protocol stack development. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of advanced Bluetooth software solutions by building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines, monitoring build and test environments, and developing tools that improve development efficiency. You will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize infrastructure, and drive automation using technologies such as Python, Jenkins, Docker, and Grafana. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in software development and DevOps with excellent problem-solving abilities, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for improving processes and delivering reliable, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • CI/CD Operations: Design, maintain, and improve Continuous Integration pipelines using Jenkins and Docker to support multi-platform Bluetooth protocol stack development.
  • Automation and Tooling: Develop internal tools (with Python, Bash, Groovy, etc.) to improve workflows, reporting, and traceability, to increase development efficiency.
  • Build & Test Monitoring: Automate CI systems daily via Grafana and internal tools. Analyze build/test failures and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
  • Issue Triage & Communication: Investigate recurring failures, triage root causes, and coordinate with the appropriate teams for resolution and follow-up.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain and improve infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and automation in build/test pipelines.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Strong coding skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Experience with Grafana or other monitoring/logging tools, and database.
  • Experience in embedded software development, especially within Bluetooth stack or other wireless protocol projects.
  • Experience with embedded development kits.
