Business Development Manager
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with vendors to develop and execute solution market development strategies.
- Drive the successful launch and adoption of new products and services through effective go-to-market planning.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and solution proposals to expand customer networks and increase product awareness.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales and services targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders across diverse industries.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and vendor teams to maximize market opportunities and campaign success.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, channel management, or related functions.
- Experience within the IT solutions, technology, or distribution industry is highly preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong team collaboration skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for Business Development Executive or Senior Business Development Executive positions.
