Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze the business need and clarify the requirements and expected outcomes.

• Identify and document the relevant business processes, data and impacted stakeholders.

• Assess dependencies, assumptions, scope and potential impacts on existing solutions.

• Produce the required functional requirements and supporting documentation for solution design and implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or in similar areas.

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles

• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

• Business process modeling and analysis.

• Requirements traceability and documentation.

• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.

• Experience working in enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Understanding of enterprise system integrations and data flows.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
