Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary product development programs from concept through production.

What You'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional engineering projects from development to industrialization and manufacturing.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate teams across hardware, embedded software, mechanical engineering, quality, operations, and manufacturing.
  • Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams.
  • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and product launch activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in electronics, product development, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of NPI, industrialization, and product development processes.
  • Experience in both  waterfall and Agile / SCRUM principles and methodologies  
  • PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or Agile certification is a plus.
