Job Description
Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week)

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team and support Agile delivery on software development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running Scrum ceremonies and a strong ability to remove blockers so the team can stay focused and deliver on time.
Role and responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog work, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, keep them short and useful
- Find and fix anything slowing the team down, whether it's a tech issue, a people issue, or something else
- Work closely with Product Owners to keep the backlog clear and ready for the next sprint
- Track team speed and progress, and share updates with stakeholders
- Keep the team focused , block out distractions, extra requests, and interruptions during sprints
- Turn feedback from retrospectives into real changes for the next sprint
Qualifications
- 3+ years working as a Scrum Master
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar
- Preferred Certification: CSM, PSM I/II, or PMI-ACP
- Comfortable using tools like Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD tools like XLDeploy/XLRelease
