Full description

We’re looking for an IT Project Manager for a global company in Jonsered outside Gothenburg. Start is October 1st, 9 months limited contract. This role is 75% onsite in Jonsered, 25% can be remote.

Assignment Description

The assignment is to lead the replacement of an existing ERP system that supports business processes across sales, supply chain and finance. The replacement is expected to have broad stakeholder impact, multiple process dependencies and a need for strong coordination between business functions and IT Delivery team.

Tasks

The IT Project Manager will lead the ERP replacement initiative from planning through execution, ensuring that scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks and dependencies are actively managed. The assignment requires the ability to quickly understand the current ERP landscape, business challenges and operational dependencies, and to drive the implementation forward.

  • Lead and coordinate the ERP replacement project across sales, supply chain, finance and IT delivery teams
  • Establish and maintain the overall project plan, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, decision points and resource needs.
  • Drive scope clarification and ensure that business requirements, process impacts and technical dependencies are understood and documented.
  • Coordinate solution analysis and decision preparation together with business representatives, solution architects, process owners and vendors.
  • Manage project risks, issues and dependencies proactively, including escalation to steering groups or senior stakeholders when required.
  • Ensure structured governance, reporting and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that implementation, testing, data migration, integration, cutover and stabilization activities are planned and followed up.
  • Drive the project towards agreed outcomes while balancing business continuity, quality, cost and timeline considerations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager for complex business transformation or system replacement projects.
  • Experience from ERP implementation, ERP replacement or ERP transition assignments is highly beneficial.
  • Good understanding of business processes in sales, supply chain and finance, and how these are supported by ERP systems.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, integrations and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Ability to structure and drive work in areas such as requirements, solution design, testing, data migration, cutover planning and operational readiness.
  • Strong project governance skills, including planning, reporting, risk management, issue management and stakeholder escalation.

This role requires fluency in English.

This is a full-time consultant position in Jonsered through Incluso. Start is October 1st, 9 months limited contract. This role is 75% onsite in Jonsered, 25% can be remote.
