We are looking for an experienced FP&A to join our team and support business decision-making through financial planning, analysis, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Analyze project, client, and business unit profitability
- Monitor business performance and provide actionable insights to management
- Develop financial and operational KPIs, reports, and executive presentations
- Support financial processes and systems, including SAP implementation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling, or business planning
- Experience working in project-based or complex operational environments
- Hands-on experience with SAP in a financial environment - mandatory
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and a bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
