Project Description:

We are looking for a Power BI / Power Platform Consultant (Mid-Level) to join an international project and work closely with business stakeholders and international teams.

The project focuses on delivering reporting, data visualization, business applications, and process automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

The role combines hands-on technical work with direct interaction with business stakeholders, including gathering requirements, identifying reporting and automation opportunities, and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.

Work model

The project operates in a recurring rotational model:

  • 4 weeks onsite in Qatar
  • 1 week working remotely from Poland
  • The cycle repeats throughout the engagement
  • The position is offered under a B2B contract for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong hands-on experience in developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
  • Practical experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Availability to start immediately or as soon as possible
  • Willingness to work in a rotational model between Qatar and Poland
  • Availability for regular international travel and extended onsite assignments

Nice to Have:

  • Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

Scope of Services:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
  • Build and enhance business applications using Power Apps
  • Create and improve automated workflows using Power Automate
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify reporting, automation, and process improvement opportunities
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and usability of delivered solutions
  • Collaborate effectively with international teams and business stakeholders
  • Support the delivery of Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform solutions throughout the project lifecycle
