Job Details: Job Location: Corporate - Dallas, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $75000.00Salary, About the Role MegPrime Pay is looking for a creative, fast-moving Web3 Graphic Designer & Content Creator who understands crypto culture, social media, and how to turn ideas into content that gets attention. This is not a traditional corporate graphic design role. We’re looking for someone who understands the visual language of Web3 and can create content that feels native to platforms like X, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to develop daily content around payments, crypto, rewards, fintech, real-world crypto utility, product launches, partnerships, and campaigns. What You’ll Do Design daily social media graphics and creative content for MegPrime Pay Create Web3-native content for X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and other platforms Turn marketing concepts and trending topics into engaging visual content Create memes, infographics, carousels, promotional graphics, product visuals, and campaign creatives Develop short-form video, motion graphics, and simple animations Create paid advertising creatives for Meta, Google, X, TikTok, and other platforms Repurpose one concept into multiple formats for different social platforms Help develop creative concepts for product launches, partnerships, rewards programs, and promotional campaigns Stay current on crypto/Web3 trends, memes, narratives, and social media formats Work quickly with the marketing team to create and revise content Maintain consistent brand identity while continuously testing new creative directions Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Strong graphic design portfolio Experience creating content for Web3, crypto, fintech, or technology brands Strong understanding of crypto/Web3 culture and terminology Experience designing social-first content rather than only traditional corporate materials Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools Experience with short-form video editing and/or motion graphics Ability to take a rough idea and turn it into a strong visual concept Ability to work quickly and handle multiple pieces of content at once Understanding of what performs differently across X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, and Telegram Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines Big Plus Experience with any of the following is a major advantage: Crypto payments DeFi Stablecoins Tokens Digital wallets Fintech apps Web3 communities Meme/content marketing Paid social advertising UGC or short-form video AI creative tools Motion graphics and animation The Type of Creator We Want We want someone who can see a trending crypto conversation in the morning and turn it into a relevant MegPrime Pay graphic or piece of content the same day. You should be equally comfortable creating a polished product graphic, a Web3 meme, a paid ad, a social carousel, or a short video. You should understand that great Web3 content doesn't always look like an advertisement. It needs to feel native to the community while still communicating the brand and product clearly.
