  • Acting as the authoritative voice on methodology, leading client discussions and representing the business in regulatory forums
  • Driving the calculation service roadmap by translating regulatory change and client needs into prioritised deliverables
  • Leading the go-to-market narrative for calculation services in collaboration with commercial and marketing teams
  • Defining scalable operating models including QA frameworks, SLAs, and documentation standards
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless integration of calculation processes

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Regulatory Calculations Product Manager:

  • You will have good working knowledge of at least two relevant regulatory frameworks, such as PRIIPs, UK CCI, SFDR, Solvency II or AIFMD Annex IV
  • You will be a confident communicator, able to present and defend complex methodologies to clients, regulators, and senior stakeholders
  • You will have experience in product leadership, methodology ownership, or senior roles within RegTech or financial services
  • You will be commercially minded, able to link methodology quality to client outcomes and business growth
