Job Summary:
The Data Analyst serves as the strategic leader responsible for aligning mission performance data with philanthropic strategy. This role oversees data governance, impact measurement, grant
reporting integrity, and donor-centered storytelling across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer, this position ensures that mission data is accurate,
compliant, strategically leveraged, and translated into compelling narratives that inspire donor investment and sustain organizational growth. This is a high-impact leadership role that bridges operations, philanthropy, finance, and executive strategy.
