In this role, you will bring structure to fast-moving priorities, translate inputs into clear communications, and keep stakeholders aligned. You will help drive operational discipline through documentation, testing coordination, and readiness activities
Job responsibilities
- Manage multiple workstreams by planning activities, tracking timelines, and driving initiatives through to completion
- Support audit and readiness activities by initiating control and compliance documentation requests (TBD system/tool name), coordinating testing, and tracking action plan milestones through completion
- Partner with operations leadership to draft internal communications, secure required approvals, and distribute messaging as needed
- Coordinate and compile monthly business review materials by gathering data, consolidating inputs, and ensuring materials are ready for distribution and presentation
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for monthly business reviews, town halls, and employee engagement sessions, including planning meetings as needed
- Maintain procedures and customer communications (email, letters, text messages, etc.) to ensure they are current, updated with tracked changes as needed, certified by due dates, and tested as applicable
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables, prioritize effectively, and execute accurately in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and professional presence when supporting senior leaders and representing a communications function
- High discretion and sound judgment when handling internal communications content and leader communications
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, audience-appropriate messages and summarize information concisely
