We are looking for a talented individual…​

To join our team as a Residential QA& QC Specialist. Acts as local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Install energy efficient equipment, conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support Account Managers in their efforts to influence stakeholders to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits or new construction. Provides technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews and residential energy audits (on-site verifications and electronic review of field data entered into program database)
• Provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
• Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products
• Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
• Travel throughout a defined territory

• 4-8 Years of experience
• High school or Associates Degree w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
• 21+ with a clean driving record.
