Key Responsibilities
- Backlog Management & Grooming: Write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain the product backlog for core merchandising, space intelligence, or execution modules in collaboration with engineering leads.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Partner daily with frontend/backend engineers, data scientists, and QA teams to ensure smooth sprint delivery and rapid resolution of blockers.
- User Feedback & Triage: Act as a key point of contact for internal feature requests and user feedback, managing issue triage to maintain high trust in product operations.
- Data-Driven Discovery: Analyze feature adoption metrics, user engagement patterns, and performance KPIs to identify usability gaps and opportunities for optimization.
- Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with customer success, training leads, and regional stakeholders to support feature rollouts, beta testing, and user onboarding across international markets.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in product management, business analytics, or technical product operations (preferably within B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or retail tech).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements and retail constraints (such as planograms, assortment rules, or spatial metrics) into clear technical specifications.
- Proven experience working in Agile Scrum environments using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of coordinating successfully across diverse, cross-functional global teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field.
