Job Description
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Analysis work focuses on identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure (i.e., an "application system") including:
- Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through an ERP module(s)
- Researching business requirements, developing detailed specifications, and validating the ERP solutions with business stakeholders
- Communicating business stakeholder needs to the ERP development team by translating business requirements into ERP module requirements
Responsibilities
A Specialist Professional (P4) is a recognized subject matter expert in job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
Responsibilities typically include:
- Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager
- Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals
- Problems faced are difficult and often complex
