Full description

We’re seeking a Project Manager to drive complex initiatives across real estate lending, finance, compliance, and investment fund operations. This role requires hands-on ownership of project delivery, from defining objectives and managing budgets to coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and reporting outcomes to executive leadership. Candidates must have direct project management experience in financial services, real estate, or fund management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects across lending operations, financial reporting, compliance, and investor services from initial planning through implementation and launch.
  • Establish project objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, resource needs, and success measures.
  • Manage project plans, dependencies, vendor commitments, milestones, and outstanding deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Partner with lending, finance, compliance, reporting, and investor operations teams to align priorities and keep initiatives on track.
  • Identify operational risks, regulatory or compliance concerns, resource constraints, and potential delivery delays; develop and implement mitigation plans.
  • Oversee project records, reporting workflows, implementation requirements, and operational handoffs.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, project performance, and key decisions, providing regular updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain project governance, track risks and action items, and ensure accountability for deliverables.
  • Evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to strengthen controls, reporting accuracy, and operational performance.
  • Drive issue resolution and ensure projects achieve defined business outcomes within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • 3+ years of direct project management experience in finance, real estate, financial services, or investment fund management.
  • Experience delivering initiatives involving lending processes, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, or investor operations.
  • Proven ownership of project scope, budgets, vendor management, risk tracking, timelines, and executive communications from initiation through launch.
  • Background managing projects in regulated financial services or other compliance-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, planning, milestone management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project management tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands, resolve complex issues, and deliver measurable results.

Important: Candidates must have independently managed complex projects and been accountable for delivery outcomes. Experience limited to administrative support, scheduling, or project coordination is not sufficient.

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Potential health insurance benefits.
  • Retirement plan options.
  • Paid time off.
  • Additional company-sponsored benefits and programs.
