This on-site role supports Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) in a multi-tenant cloud environment and Factory Track across Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory.
This person owns the daily flow of support requests, questions, enhancement needs, and SyteLine project activities. They troubleshoot directly, coordinate work with internal and offshore teams, and keep the business informed through resolution. - Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for SyteLine and Factory Track support, building strong working relationships with business users.
- Manage requests received through tickets, email, Teams, and meetings; capture work in a shared queue with a clear priority, owner, and next step.
- Assess business impact and urgency, balance production support against planned work, and escalate critical incidents and priority conflicts to Enterprise Applications leadership.
- Coordinate internal and offshore developers, support teams, integration resources, and vendors; provide clear handoffs and follow through until issues are resolved.
- Represent SyteLine in business and project meetings, clarify needs, record decisions and actions, and keep users informed of status and expected next steps.
- Provide concise updates to Enterprise Applications leadership on the backlog, recurring issues, delivery progress, and decisions requiring escalation.
System administration and troubleshooting
- Perform SyteLine application administration, including user access, security roles, configuration, and workflows, through approved access and change processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve transaction, process, data, and application issues; review error messages, reproduce problems, and document findings when escalating.
- Monitor recurring problems, application workflows, and integration exceptions; coordinate with Infor and other support teams to maintain reliable operations.
- Maintain support documentation, access records, and troubleshooting guidance; train users on established processes and common issues.
Projects and delivery
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications, including process flows, exception rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate SyteLine work for enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and implementations; track owners, dependencies, estimates, and commitments.
- Work with business testers and development teams to coordinate testing, user acceptance, and release readiness within established change controls.
- Recommend process, reporting, and automation improvements that reduce recurring issues and improve system use.
Required Qualifications

- Experience supporting Factory Track in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
- Strong functional knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, sales order management, and finance processes.
- Proven ability to manage a busy support queue, shifting priorities, and project follow-up with limited supervision.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently, document findings clearly, and recognize when specialist support is needed.
- Working knowledge of SyteLine forms, workflows, security, configurations, and data structures.
- Clear communication with business users and technical teams, including the ability to explain issues, manage expectations, and drive follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CSI v10 in a multi-tenant cloud environment.
- Knowledge of Infor OS, ION, APIs, SQL, and ERP reporting tools.
- Experience coordinating offshore teams, ERP projects, or implementations in a manufacturing environment.
