Role Overview

As a Project Manager you will oversee multiple active residential roofing and siding crews while helping deliver best-in-class customer service to homeowners throughout our Brands’ service areas. You will manage projects from start to finish, coordinate installation crews and subcontractors, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers during installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate residential roofing and siding projects from start to finish.

• Supervise subcontractors and installation crews on-site.

• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project and serve as the primary company 

• contact during installation.

• Oversee proper protection of customers’ homes and properties during construction.

• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Maintain accurate project documentation using computer and project-tracking tools.

Requirements

• Prior field-force site supervision experience; minimum 1 year preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

• Basic proficiency with computers and project-tracking tools.
