Study Delivery Project Management Support
Oncology Clinical Research
Join a dynamic Oncology team supporting the delivery of complex global clinical studies that help bring innovative treatments to patients worldwide.
As a Study Delivery PM Support Specialist, you will work closely with study teams, CRO partners and key stakeholders to ensure studies are successfully delivered from start-up through to close-out. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with clinical research industry experience who enjoys a varied role with broad exposure to study operations and project management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Study Start-Up
- Support vendor procurement, contracting and purchase order processes.
- Assist with study budgets, study set-up and oversight documentation.
- Coordinate study documentation, action trackers and meeting minutes.
- Support study team and country-level communications.
Study Delivery
- Act as a key liaison between internal study teams and CRO project managers.
- Maintain study documentation, risk logs and tracking tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Support study registration activities, site contracting and ethics approval processes.
- Assist with advisory board and steering committee meeting preparation and documentation.
- Provide support for investigator contracting, payments and study systems.
Study Close-Out
- Support study closure activities, including system close-out, archiving and final document management.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or life sciences discipline.
- Strong experience working within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO or clinical research industry in an Oncology project management role.
- Home-based already residing in the UK.
- Experience of Phase IV and/or Real World Evidence trials in a trial management capacity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within cross-functional, matrix environments.
