We are looking for a motivated and execution-oriented analyst to support Digital M&A for R&D and Cybersecurity initiatives.
This role focuses primarily on supporting acquisitions, divestitures and integration initiatives impacting R&D, software engineering and digital platforms.
The analyst will coordinate integration of workstreams, support onboarding of newly acquired engineering teams, track execution plans, manage stakeholder collaboration and contribute to cybersecurity initiatives.
Approximately 80% of the role is dedicated to Digital M&A activities within the R&D and Engineering ecosystem, while 20% focuses on cybersecurity and source code governance initiatives.

What are the key skills we are looking for?
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Digital M&A acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures across R&D and Engineering organizations under the leadership of the M&A R&D Program Manager.
- Coordinate onboarding of newly acquired software and engineering teams into Schneider Electric's Digital Engineering ecosystem.
- Support application, repository and engineering tool integration activities.
- Maintain integration plans, action trackers, risk logs and governance documentation.
- Coordinate activities across R&D, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Legal and Business teams.
- Support digital due diligence and integration readiness assessments.
- Track migration of engineering tools, development environments and digital platforms.
- Support application separation and carve-out activities during divestitures.
- Prepare executive updates, governance reviews and status reporting.
- Drive follow-up on actions, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans.

What qualifications will make you successful?
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation , Technology Consulting and / or Cybersecurity, with a strong track record of driving execution and delivering results.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and influence teams without direct authority.
- Exposure to M&A integration, acquisitions or divestitures.
- Experience working with R&D, Engineering or Technology organizations.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and secure development practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with experience working across global, multi-country, and cross-functional teams, including interactions with senior stakeholders.
- Execution-oriented, adaptable, and self-driven, with a passion for security and innovation, able to navigate ambiguity, manage changing priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
