What you can expect

• You define and drive the frontend architecture within your area of responsibility.
• You make strategic technology decisions for frontend applications and their integration with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) solutions.
• You establish engineering standards, coding guidelines, testing strategies, and quality standards.
• You drive component reuse, the evolution of our design system, accessibility, and frontend performance.
• You promote modern frontend engineering practices as well as automation and CI/CD processes.
• You plan and steer the technical delivery of initiatives while aligning technical roadmaps with product goals.
• You support the growth and development of frontend engineers, foster technical talent, and contribute to recruitment activities.
• You collaborate closely with Product Management, UX, Backend Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Architecture.

• You have several years of experience in software engineering, ideally with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
• You have successfully led technical teams and supported the professional and personal development of engineers.
• You possess a solid understanding of modern software architectures and distributed systems.
• You have experience with microservices, API design, and event-driven architectures.
• You understand security principles and consistently apply them when making technical decisions.
• You are familiar with modern approaches to observability, automation, and operational excellence.
• You can translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• You stand out through strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset.
