We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer to join my team and take ownership of quality within a product domain.

If you have 2+ years of software QA experience, a strong understanding of SaaS products, and a proactive, positive mindset, I’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Own QA activities for your domain, from understanding requirements and planning tests to validating releases for production.
  • Perform manual testing across a complex, multi-module web platform, Android and iOS applications.
  • Run regression testing, validate hotfixes, and assess release readiness.
  • Investigate customer-reported issues, reproduce problems from incomplete reports, and help triage support requests.
  • Write clear, actionable bug reports with reproduction steps, severity, and expected vs. actual results.
  • Validate data directly in SQL Server databases.
  • Use AI and automation tools to make QA work more efficient.

  • Experience managing bugs in Jira, Zoho Projects, or similar tools.
  • Experience with regression cycles, hotfix validation, and production release sign-off.
  • Ability to read and write basic T-SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server and verify data directly in database tables.
  • Experience investigating support tickets and reproducing customer issues.
  • Strong written and spoken English—our product and customers are in the United States.
  • Basic hands-on experience with AI and automation tools, such as Claude and MCP-based integrations, to support QA workflows.

  • A positive, collaborative attitude: you communicate clearly and work well with developers, support, and other stakeholders.
  • Composure under pressure: you can prioritize effectively during busy release cycles.
  • Fast learning: you quickly get comfortable with new features, tools, and product areas.
