Here you will lead the engineers building MNP Labs' SaaS products across our Calgary team and our team at MNP SPARK in Bengaluru. You lead first, but you never step away from the craft. As a servant leader, you’re able to help out when needed, picking up a story or reviewing a pull request. You've built your career as a strong engineer, and staying technically hands-on is part of how you lead and how you grow your team. You will grow engineers' technical careers, set how the team works, and act as the team's link to our central DevOps and IT groups on the systems that keep our products reliable and secure.
