Job Details: Job Location: Denver Office - Englewood, CO, Salary Range: $115000.00 - $165000.00Salary/year, Position Summary NetLoan automates the loan lifecycle from origination to payoff for both lenders and borrowers. As a Product Manager for NetLoan at Netgain Solutions, you will guide the delivery of our NetSuite-native loan management application from feature definition through release. In that role, you will own the full development cycle for specific features, from requirements gathering to QA testing. Additionally, you'll manage our sprint plans and work directly with a small development team to ship each feature. You will also function as the voice of the product to customers, sales, support, and implementation partners. In this regard, you will work across our internal teams to help train others on new features and ensure those features provide an excellent customer experience. Primary Job Responsibilities
- Product Discovery & Strategy: Run discovery with lenders, prospects, and
implementation teams to understand how lending operations work in each target segment. Identify where NetLoan fits today, where it falls short, and which gaps are worth closing first.
- Requirements & Specs: Write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for loan
servicing, payment schedules, interest calculations, billing, collections, and the accounting that flows into NetSuite.
- Sprint Planning & Execution: Partner closely with NetLoan developers to plan sprints,
unblock work, and deliver on time.
- Quality Assurance & Release Validation: Own acceptance testing for NetLoan releases.
Confirm that calculations, schedules, and GL impact are correct before anything reaches a customer.
- Support Escalation & Triage: Act as the product escalation point for issues raised by
support, customer success, and implementation partners. Triage bugs and enhancement requests and close the loop with customers.
- Sales & Demo Support: Join strategic or technically complex sales conversations to
clarify capabilities, assess fit for prospects in new lending segments, and give credible roadmap direction.
- AI Leverage: Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, discovery synthesis, spec writing,
and analysis. The judgment on lending and accounting correctness stays with you.
- Knowledgebase & Enablement: Keep release notes, documentation, and in-app help
accurate with each release so sales, support, and partners can speak to what shipped. Qualifications: Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with lending or loan management software, in a product,
implementation, consulting, or lending operations role
- 2+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS (roadmap ownership,
requirements gathering, working directly with developers)
- Working knowledge of the loan lifecycle: origination, amortization, interest accrual,
payment application, collections, and payoff
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable development requirements
- Comfortable engaging with developers, support teams, implementation partners, and
customer finance teams
- Fluent, practical use of AI tools in daily work
- Clear written and verbal communication, especially in fast-paced contexts
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive product success
