Job Overview

About the Role:

The team:

OSTTRA is currently hiring a Technical Product Manager to support the FX & Securities Platforms. As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll be working closely with product owners,development, QA and operation teams in an agile environment.

The OSTTRA Product team comprises Capital Markets professionals dedicated to designing, building, and safeguarding the applications that power our network. Leveraging contemporary microservices and cloud-based architectures, we manage a sophisticated landscape of high-performance, compute-intensive technology.

Responsibilities and impact:

We operate resilient platforms that process over 100 million messages daily. Our services are the backbone of automated trade processing, ensuring seamless settlement and regulatory compliance to maintain the integrity of global capital markets.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational / coordination skills, and strong analytical skills. You will be process-oriented and have a good understanding of the product development lifecycle. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to adapt to changes. You will be expected to work with teams in India, Singapore, Tokyo, New York and London and build relationships internally as well as externally with clients, clearing houses, venues and trade repositories.

What we’re looking for:

Fundamental requirement:

• Post graduate – Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred in related field

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience

• Qualifications in Business Analysis / Product Management related subjects

• Demonstrate experience of working in a product management environment

• Strong Analytical & Communication skills

• Data analytics experience

• Good knowledge of requirements elicitation, structured analysis, requirement documentation, stakeholder management, use case and user story definition and other business analysis techniques

• Commercial awareness and financial services experience

Additional preferred requirements:

• Experience working as a business analyst in an agile scrum team

• Familiarity with financials asset classes and trading lifecycle

• Exposure to SQL and Object-oriented languages (general technology know-how)

• Understanding of XML/FIX/JSON or other messaging formats or protocols
