About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and technically curious Junior IP Product Manager to join our Southeast European Network Solution Sales Department in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will support the technical IP sales process, assist in designing customer solutions, and provide consultancy to partners on networking solutions. You will be a key contributor to pre-sales activities, partner enablement, and market intelligence, helping to drive increased sales volumes across the region.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Athens, Greece.

Main Responsibilities:
Technical Sales & Solution Design
- Support the technical IP sales process and the design of technical customer solutions.
- Provide consultancy support to partners on designing networking solutions.
- Provide full product line specifications and stay updated on the complete product and solution offerings.
Partner Enablement
- Deliver partner skill training and enhancement programs.
- Drive partner opportunities to contribute to increased sales volumes.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Maintain knowledge of key competitors' product lines and future direction.
Pre-Sales Support
- Support the Sales (Key Account) and Marketing teams on pre-sales activities.
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Technical Knowledge
- Solid knowledge of telecommunications networks.
- Familiar with access network, data communication, and transmission products and structures.
- Understanding of internetworking (IP/MPLS), transmission, switching, and service creation/provisioning.
- Understanding of Network Service Provider technical challenges, including end-user needs.
Experience
- Some experience in solution sales.
- Experience in responding to IP-related projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work in a complex global environment.
- Open, proactive, self-motivating, and go-getter attitude.
Languages
- Fluent in Greek and English.
