This is a remote position.

Java Backend Developer

Experience: 6–12 Years Location: Kolkata

Mode: Hybrid Technology: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS/Azure

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer / Senior Java Developer with 6–12 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Develop and implement Microservices-based applications.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems.
  • Work with AWS or Azure cloud services for application deployment and scalability.
  • Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, architects, and product teams.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • 6–12 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
  • Strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot.
  • Strong experience in Microservices architecture.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, API integration, and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design principles.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases is an advantage.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
