Full description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI-Powered Data Analyst based in Brazil.
This is a fully remote opportunity within an operations intelligence function focused on making data reliable, accessible, and actionable. You will pull, clean, structure, and validate operational data while maintaining dashboards and recurring reporting processes. A key part of the role is using AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and improve reporting efficiency. You will also build clear documentation so reporting processes remain resilient and easy for others to understand. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-directed professional who enjoys working with data without needing a traditional data-science background. Your work will directly improve leadership visibility, operational decision-making, and the long-term scalability of reporting processes.
\n
Accountabilities:
- Pull, organize, clean, and structure operational data from systems such as ATS, CRM, Monday.com, and Bloom Growth to support recurring metrics including close rates, retention, escalations, and other operational indicators.
- Use AI tools such as Claude to assist with data cleaning, quality assurance, first-pass analysis, and recurring reporting tasks, while independently verifying outputs before they are shared with leadership.
- Maintain dashboards and in-system metrics, proactively identifying blanks, duplicates, broken links, inconsistencies, and other data-quality issues.
- Document recurring reports and dashboards, including data sources, calculation logic, refresh schedules, dependencies, and known limitations, creating a shared and continuously updated knowledge base.
- Develop lightweight AI-assisted automations for repetitive reporting activities, such as preparing weekly metrics updates and structuring monthly retention analyses.
- Handle ad hoc diagnostic requests by breaking down metrics, analyzing funnel stages, preparing clean datasets, and producing reliable numbers for stakeholder discussions.
- Support the Weekly Leadership Dashboard by ensuring that underlying data is accurately pulled, cleaned, validated, and refreshed ahead of each reporting cycle.
- Proactively identify and communicate data gaps, tracking issues, or quality concerns rather than working around them without visibility.
- Build reporting processes that are repeatable, documented, and transferable, reducing dependency on individual knowledge and ensuring continuity over time.
- Gradually take ownership of recurring reporting processes and develop the ability to manage new data requests independently from initial analysis through final delivery.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as Claude to perform meaningful work, including data structuring, analysis, quality checks, documentation, and workflow automation.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify missing values, inconsistent figures, duplicate records, and other data-quality issues before they affect decision-making.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, operational metrics, and structured data.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to document processes clearly enough for another person to follow without additional explanation.
- Ability to learn operational systems and reporting processes quickly; familiarity with ATS, CRM, Monday.com, or similar platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
- No formal data-science background is required; the key requirement is the ability to direct analysis effectively, verify results, and recognize when data requires further investigation.
- Self-starter mentality with a habit of documenting processes and findings as you learn rather than waiting until everything is fully understood.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring reporting responsibilities alongside ad hoc analytical requests.
- Good judgment and accountability when working with operational data, particularly when identifying gaps or inconsistencies.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while communicating clearly with stakeholders and leadership.
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously improve reporting processes through AI, automation, documentation, and better data practices.
Benefits:
- Fully remote position with a flexible work schedule.
- Competitive base salary.
- Annual performance bonus.
- Anniversary loyalty bonuses.
- Company-sponsored health insurance.
- Generous paid time off, increasing with tenure up to 30 days per year.
- Paid birthday day off.
- 7 paid U.S. holidays.
- 5 paid sick days per year.
- Bereavement leave.
- Additional unpaid personal leave options.
- Home office stipend for equipment and workspace improvements.
- Computer replacement stipend.
- Monthly internet allowance that increases with tenure.
- Professional development and training opportunities.
- Education support for high-performing employees.
- Collaborative and supportive remote team culture.
- High-visibility role with direct impact on operational decision-making.
- Opportunities for career progression and internal promotion based on performance.
