Make an Impact on Mission-Critical Federal Payroll Operations
LATG is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support and lead the resolution of complex federal payroll cases. You'll work directly with Government stakeholders and internal teams to solve high-impact payroll issues, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and resolve complex payroll actions including back pay, retirement corrections, tax issues, refunds, and retroactive adjustments.
- Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Serve as a payroll SME, providing guidance and mentorship to Financial Technicians.
- Investigate payroll discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders to resolve cases and improve processes.
- Prepare reports, track workloads, and support payroll system testing and validation.
What You Bring
- Experience with Federal payroll processing.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling complex payroll corrections, benefits, retirement, and tax-related actions.
- Ability to lead work efforts, prioritize workloads, and maintain quality standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
