We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong insurance domain expertise to join an international project environment within the insurance sector. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver impactful solutions, support complex projects, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate continuously with business stakeholders and development teams to manage changing priorities, facilitate compromises, and develop solution proposals in a dynamic environment.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support project implementation and operational delivery activities.
- Participate in stakeholder discussions, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Contribute to process improvements and solution optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Strong insurance domain knowledge and experience in the insurance industry.
- Confident, business-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proactive and open-minded personality.
- Fast learner with a strong willingness to develop new skills and knowledge.
- Experience working on international projects.
- Availability to work onsite 2–3 days per week at the Generali Hungary headquarters.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Innovative mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Confident user-level knowledge of MS Office applications.
