We're looking for a technical Product Manager to own our digital-certificate Post-Quantum evolution, defining the next evolution of public-key infrastructure (PKI), helping our customers easily secure their websites, APIs and devices with digital certificates that just work.
Our organization owns everything "certificates" for Amazon - from AWS Certificate Manager (ACM) for certificate management (TLS and other X.509 certs), to AWS Private Certificate Authority (PCA) for private certificate issuance and AWS Signer for code signing. Our services help customers create, manage, and deploy digital certificates based on strong cryptography and public key infrastructure (PKI) best practices.
We are at a pivotal moment for the certificates space - Post Quantum requirements are around the corner, certificate usage has expanded to secure everything from IoT devices to AI agent workloads, and content signing is in huge demand to protect original work.
The ACM team is looking for a strong technical Product Manager with an interest in information security and identity that can help define and drive the vision for our space as we continue to innovate and grow.

The successful candidate will be a tenacious, ambitious, self-starter with a passion for secure cloud computing and who can serve as a strong advocate for our developer, corporate, and consumer customers. You will have proven analytical capabilities, strong persuasive writing skills, Internet business experience, and the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. You must have a deep understanding of customer needs, the competitive landscape, be able to translate customer needs into features and pricing models, and to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
