About the Role

Revmind Labs AI is a boutique deep-tech AI company building production-grade AI and software systems for enterprise customers, especially in pharma and CPG. We build tailored AI solutions, analytics platforms, dashboards, data workflows, AI/LLM-powered systems, and enterprise-ready applications that move from idea to production.

Revmind Labs AI is looking to fill the role of a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer, working as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) embedded with a Fortune 20 healthcare client. In this role, you will be deployed remotely with the client's team, responsible for developing, running, and continuously refining a modern, cost-effective, secure, and scalable cloud platform that supports the client's analytics and AI needs.

Primary Job Function

The Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer will own the design, deployment, and reliability of Revmind's AWS cloud platform — including infrastructure automation, containerized and serverless workloads, observability, and security — while ensuring stable, scalable infrastructure for data science, AI, and enterprise product development.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts (Python, Bash) to streamline deployment and reduce manual effort.
  • Implement containerized workloads (Docker) and serverless architectures (AWS Lambda) to support platform and analytics needs.
  • Establish and enforce code quality and testing standards across pipelines using tools such as SonarQube.
  • Establish observability (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting), monitor platform performance, and troubleshoot production incidents with root cause analysis.
  • Implement security best practices, compliance controls, and infrastructure hardening aligned with Information Security and Data Privacy principles.
  • Collaborate with Development teams (front end, backend), AI Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver AI and Analytics solutions on time.
  • Define, document, and drive continuous improvement of cloud platform best practices and processes.

Requirements

Minimum Experience

  • 4+ years deploying and managing solutions on AWS, with strong hands-on experience in Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD (Github Actions or similar).
  • Proficiency in Python and Bash for automation; working knowledge of JavaScript, Scala, or Java.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and serverless architecture (AWS Lambda).
  • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, with proficiency across core AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, CloudWatch, SNS, Secrets Manager, SQS, and API Gateway.
  • Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL database technologies, plus data warehousing/ETL practices.
  • Deep understanding of Information Security principles and cloud security best practices, with hands-on exposure to API security tooling (Akamai Noname), cloud infra security (Prisma Cloud), and observability platforms (New Relic, CloudWatch, or equivalent).

Additional Technical Skills

  • Experience with front-end (React Native/JS) and back-end (Flask, Node.js, FastAPI) frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Redshift, MySQL, DynamoDB, and RESTful API design.

Benefits

Compensation, Benefits, and Growth

Compensation will be up to 30 LPA.

  • Remote-first work setup, with practical flexibility around working hours where delivery and collaboration needs are met.
  • Paid time off, sick leave, and applicable Indian public holidays.
  • Health insurance support or medical benefits, depending on employment structure and company policy.
  • Learning and upskilling support for relevant engineering, cloud, AI, product, and DevOps areas.
  • Home-office, equipment, or software support where applicable to the role.

  • A serious builder environment with high ownership, direct feedback, low ego teamwork, and meaningful technical problems.

Career Gaps and Non-Linear Paths

Career gaps or non-linear paths are not a problem. If you have taken a break for personal, family, health, caregiving, relocation, layoff-related, professional, or other reasons, that will not count against you by default. We care more about what you can build now, how you think, how you learn, how you handle feedback, and how you work with others.
