JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Systems, the Senior Analyst of Finance Systems will support the financial reporting team that delivers financial reports across FOX Corporation.
The Senior Analyst is responsible for designing and supporting innovative reporting solutions for a variety of ongoing financial needs. This position will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple FOX divisions and corporate finance. This role offers the opportunity to work on emerging AI initiatives and Adaptive Planning projects as part of the team's broader financial systems modernization efforts. The Senior Analyst will engage with divisional and corporate finance teams to understand their business needs and effectively work with the reporting team to deliver solutions that meet the business requirements.
In addition to financial reporting, this opportunity requires in-depth understanding of Financial Accounting and the related processes. Experience with Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Reporting Tools, and Foundation Data Model (FDM) is preferable.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead reporting tasks from planning and fit-gap analysis to design sessions, requirements gathering, testing and deployment
- Serve as the Workday / OfficeConnect reporting lead and be primary point of contact between finance and the Workday reporting team
- Utilize OfficeConnect, Adaptive Planning, AI, and other reporting tools to create and maintain financial reporting.
- Support and contribute to Adaptive Planning initiatives, including improvements
- Assist divisional finance teams with troubleshooting reporting issues
- Support corporate finance with internal and external reporting
- Ensure the accuracy of reports by validating the results of the data analysis
- Engage with finance teams on a regular basis to understand reporting opportunities and pain points
- Manage reporting projects by working with partners of different backgrounds to keep projects on track
- Utilize AI tools to streamline reporting and automate manual processes
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and Adaptive Planning capabilities to modernize existing reporting workflows
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 2-5 years in accounting, finance, financial reporting, or other relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to present to leaders regarding FOX's potential to transform, to modernize and streamline legacy business processes
- Ability to think "outside the box" to provide creative and effective solutions
- Understanding of AI tools and interest in applying them to financial reporting and planning
- Flexibility to manage team members across multiple time zones and support of concurrent complex projects

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $90,000.00-103,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
