We are hiring experienced Business Analysts for an exciting IBM opportunity in Bangalore.

Location: Bangalore

Role: Business Analyst – ADM

Experience: 7+ Years

Mandatory Skills:

✔ Strong experience as a Core Business Analyst

✔ CBAP or PMI-PBA Certification is mandatory/preferred

✔ Good understanding of Supply Chain Management processes

✔ Strong Data Analytics experience

✔ Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience in Data Quality Migration projects
  • Knowledge of Data Hub concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Data Visualization tools and reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements
