Lead Salesforce Developer – Experience Cloud / LWR – $65-70/hr W2 – Phoenix (Hybrid)
Architect the digital front door for a state agency's external users.
An Arizona state agency needs a hands-on Lead Salesforce Developer to own the end-to-end architecture of its Experience Cloud platform, the sites where the public actually interacts with state services, from template strategy through security models, CI/CD, and high-volume automation.

What you'll do: lead Experience Cloud architecture, selecting LWR vs. Aura templates for performance and SEO · design security and identity models (External Identity, SSO, Account Relationship Data Sharing, Apex Managed Sharing) · build modular, high-performance LWCs optimized for LWR · implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS personalization · design Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex for high-volume external transactions · integrate Data Cloud, ERP, AWS, and Marketing Cloud via REST/SOAP and Named Credentials · define CI/CD and branching strategy for Experience Cloud metadata · enforce coding standards and mentor developers
