Right now, we are looking for a Solutions Architect to integrate our Talent team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Define standards and blueprints for AI

integration across SDLC, Data, and Operations.

  • Ensure interoperability between platforms.
  • Manage technical debt and support legacy

modernization initiatives.

  • Design and size infrastructure for AI/ML

workloads.

  • Define deployment strategies for AI-enabled

solutions.

  • Participate in Architecture Review Boards to

assess and validate new initiatives.

  • Contribute to the broader architecture community

and governance framework.

You must have:

  • Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in systems

architecture.

  • A hands-on profile, comfortable working directly

with code and platforms when needed.

  • Proven experience with AI-native architectures,

including agent orchestration, production-grade LLM implementations, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns, guardrails, and MCP (Model Context Protocol).

  • Strong cloud architecture expertise with a focus

on AI/ML workloads, including cost management, rate limiting, and inference caching.

  • Comfortable working across heterogeneous

technology stacks, including OutSystems, Salesforce (Agentforce), open-source technologies, event-driven architectures, and microservices.

  • Modular architectural mindset with a strong focus

on avoiding vendor lock-in.

  • Experience in regulated environments

(telecommunications, banking, or insurance), with knowledge of GDPR and ideally the EU AI Act.

  • Security-by-design approach applied to AI

solutions, including vulnerability assessment of AI-generated code and architectural decision auditability.

  • Experience with CI/CD practices, AI-powered

quality gates, and end-to-end observability.
