Your Mission As a Finance Project Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the financial performance of strategic projects. You will ensure sound financial management across all project phases – from bidding to execution – while actively contributing to business decision-making. You act as the financial reference point for the entire project team, working closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure financial performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Project Manager to define and implement the project’s financial strategy.
  • Monitor financial performance: margin, cash flow, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, milestone tracking, and cash collection.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to negotiations with customers and suppliers on financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with internal rules and external regulations.
  • Act as a key interface with central finance functions (Controlling, Tax, Audit, Treasury…).
  • Prepare and lead project reviews (financial forecasts, risk analysis, reporting).
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and value creation.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in finance.
  • Experience in Finance, ideally in project controlling or financial controlling (beyond audit roles)
  • Strong analytical skills, with a solid understanding of profitability, cost control, and financial forecasting.
  • Proactive, rigorous, and hands-on: you like to be at the heart of the action.
  • Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player.
  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP (CO module is a plus).
