Full description

As a Medior Project Manager, you will bring together people from different functions and businesses, turn strategic and operational goals into structured project plans, and drive initiatives from idea through implementation. You will work across a variety of businesses, partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver sustainable results. Join FABER and help shape the circular supply chains of tomorrow. Most importantly, you enjoy delivering projects, bringing people together and turning ideas into measurable results. • 5-7 years of project management experience.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in business, operations, digital or commercial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk management and reporting.
  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Effective stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
  • A proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset.
  • PMQ, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving forward.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and outcome-focused approach.
  • Lead business, digital and operational projects from initiation through successful delivery.
  • Turn business goals into clear project plans, milestones and deliverables.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets and timelines.
  • Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams.
  • Drive project governance using Faber's PMO framework and tools such as Jira.
  • Support teams in adopting new processes and ways of working.
  • Coordinate project resources and ensure clear responsibilities across the project team.
  • Prepare clear recommendations and support effective project-related decision-making.
  • Work in an international, dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues and partners across Europe.
