Right now, we are looking for a Power BI Consultant for a client on our Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions;

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI;

• Collect, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decision-making;

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights;

• Apply Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse concepts to design efficient and scalable reporting solutions;

• Prepare technical and functional documentation related to reports, dashboards, and data processes;

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency.

You must have:

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory);

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in similar roles;

• Experience in data analysis and data processing, particularly using Microsoft Excel;

• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements;

• Hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI;

• Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence concepts;

• Experience preparing reports, documentation, and supporting project deliverables;

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams.
