Right now, we are looking for a Power BI Consultant for a client on our Talent Team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions;
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI;
- Collect, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decision-making;
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights;
- Apply Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse concepts to design efficient and scalable reporting solutions;
- Prepare technical and functional documentation related to reports, dashboards, and data processes;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
You must have:
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory);
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in similar roles;
- Experience in data analysis and data processing, particularly using Microsoft Excel;
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements;
- Hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI;
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence concepts;
- Experience preparing reports, documentation, and supporting project deliverables;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams.
