We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead Video Solutions portfolio. This role is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from market research and product definition through development, launch, and ongoing support. The Product Manager will play a key role in shaping the company’s strategy in the video surveillance domain and smart security domain, working closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and global customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy for RISCO’s video solutions portfolio.
- Collect and analyze customer and market requirements, translating them into product specifications and development priorities.
- Act as the main interface between R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and service teams.
- Support global sales teams with product expertise, training, and technical presentations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends video surveillance technologies
- Lead new product introductions, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, positioning, and sales enablement.
- Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvements and updates aligned with market needs.
- Proven experience in product management or project management, preferably in the video surveillance, CCTV, or related technology sectors
- Strong understanding of video surveillance systems, video technologies, communication protocols, networking, IoT, and system integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging global customers and partners.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to drive strategic initiatives.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
