H1 is partnering with a leading Danish pharmaceutical company to build and lead the product organization for an internal clinical data platform that powers trial design, site selection, and study operations across NN's global R&D function. This role collaborates internally with team members at the center of that engagement—a rare opportunity to support a meaningful product inside one of the world's largest and most innovative pharmaceutical companies, operating with the speed and accountability of a startup.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1

You will:

  • Own a defined product area within StudyUniverse—roadmap, requirements, and delivery—in close partnership with clinical and engineering stakeholders at Novo Nordisk
  • Translate clinical research workflows and user needs into clear, prioritized product requirements for a cross-functional engineering team
  • Run discovery, define success metrics, and drive adoption of new features across NN's R&D organization
  • Build credibility with clinical ops and data science stakeholders through deep domain engagement and consistent delivery
  • Contribute to StudyHub's overall product strategy alongside the Director of Product Management
  • Help establish H1's product practice in Copenhagen as the engagement scales

ABOUT YOU

You're a product manager with clinical research or health data domain experience who has shipped real data products and is ready to own scope end-to-end. You've worked in (or alongside) a startup or high-growth environment and bring the execution ownership and pace that entails. You communicate well across clinical, technical, and business audiences, and you thrive in a client-embedded, build-mode context.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–6 years in product management, with at least 1 year owning a clinical or health data product end-to-end
  • Experience building or managing data products—dashboards, pipelines, analytics tools, or clinical data surfaces
  • Working knowledge of clinical research workflows (trial design, site ops, study data, or similar)
  • Startup or scale-up experience, ideally alongside enterprise or large-org background
  • Fluent English; comfortable working across US and EU time zones
  • Based in Copenhagen or willing to relocate; right-to-work in Denmark strongly preferred
