Salesforce Architect - On-Site - Dubai - Octopus by RTG

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and integrated Salesforce solutions across multiple business domains.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience across Salesforce clouds, strong technical architecture expertise, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. Experience within the aviation industry is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Architect solutions using Salesforce core technologies, including SOQL, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications, enterprise platforms, and external systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate technical constraints, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to break down architecture designs into actionable technical requirements and development tasks.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure solutions follow Salesforce architecture best practices.
• Define integration patterns, data flows, and system dependencies to support seamless business operations.
• Identify architectural risks, performance considerations, and opportunities for optimization throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• 8+ years of professional experience, with extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation.
• Salesforce Certified Solution Architect.
• Proven hands-on experience with all four Salesforce modules:
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Data Cloud
• Marketing Cloud

• Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce solutions across different business domains.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce core technologies, including SOQL, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven ability to architect complex Salesforce solutions involving integrations with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce solution architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, and platform capabilities.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical constraints, architectural decisions, and proposed solutions to business stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate high-level architecture into detailed solution components and development tasks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
