The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Senior Front-End UI Developer with specialized expertise in Angular , React, TypeScript, modern web technologies, UI architecture, and AI-assisted development tools, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to designing, developing, and delivering intuitive, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will play an instrumental role in building next-generation user experiences, establishing front-end engineering standards, and driving innovation across Solventum's digital healthcare platforms. This position is ideal for someone passionate about user-centric design, modern web development, and creating highly responsive applications that improve customer outcomes.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Designing and developing scalable and maintainable front-end applications using Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Building reusable UI components, design systems, and front-end frameworks that accelerate product delivery and ensure consistency across applications.
  • Collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, architects, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices-based architectures.
  • Leveraging GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity and code quality.
  • Participating in code reviews, technical discussions, architecture reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
  • Ensuring applications meet security, accessibility (WCAG), performance, and maintainability standards.
  • Contributing to CI/CD implementation, automated testing strategies, and front-end engineering best practices.
  • Investigating emerging UI technologies and recommending innovative solutions to improve customer experience and developer efficiency.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND a minimum of**(6) years of experience** in Software Development

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND a minimum of**(9) years of experience** in Software Development

Preferred Healthcare/Product Development Experience

  • Experience developing healthcare, clinical, payer, or health information systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as:
  • HL7
  • FHIR
  • Experience building dashboards, analytics portals, workflow applications, and patient/provider-facing solutions.
  • Exposure to AI-powered healthcare products and intelligent user experiences.

Work location: Hybrid around 2 days per week from office

Domestic Travel: May include up to 20%
