Benefits
Full description
We are looking for a strategic Program Manager (IC4) to establish and run the operating model for business-critical OCI Web and Oracle AI World programs. This role brings sustained cross-functional coordination, clear governance, and operational rigor to high-visibility initiatives that require consistent execution across Product Marketing, Product Management, Web Publishing, Website Builder (WSB), Corporate Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
You will own the program mechanisms that make complex work move: priorities, dependencies, readiness criteria, status reporting, risk escalation, stakeholder alignment, and adoption. You thrive in ambiguity, build consensus across diverse teams, and create practical processes that scale.
Responsibilities
OCI Website Migration to Website Builder (WSB)
- Drive migration readiness, validation, prioritization, and issue resolution across the OCI website portfolio, including 239 product and solution pages on oracle.com/cloud and the assessment of a further 183 AI pages.
- Coordinate dependencies across WSB, Web Publishing, Product Marketing, Product Management, page owners, and reviewers to maintain a clear migration plan and timely decisions.
- Manage the reversion and remigration path for OCI pages previously moved to non-compatible page template, ensuring page quality, content continuity, and accountable ownership.
- Establish page-owner and content-reviewer coverage, including rollout communications, enablement, training, and adoption tracking.
- Create operating cadences and reporting for migration status, quality, risks, decisions, and executive escalation.
Content Operations and CMS Governance
- Define and operate service-level expectations, change controls, quality checks, and governance for ongoing web content operations.
- Build repeatable self-service processes, training, and support that enable Product Marketing Managers to manage page updates and edits after WSB migration.
- Reduce unnecessary dependence on centralized publishing by clarifying ownership, approval paths, and maintenance expectations.
Website Measurement and KPI Development
- Maintain website-performance reporting and operating reviews across traffic, engagement, conversion, and content-performance measures.
- Define and track new KPIs, including AI Engine Optimization (AEO), and establish a consistent framework for measuring content and platform impact.
- Translate performance insights into prioritized content and website improvements that improve discovery, engagement, and business outcomes.
Oracle AI World Content Operations and Demo Hub Oversight
- Own CMS updates for core session titles, abstracts, speakers, and metadata across Learn, Hands-on Labs, Bootcamps, and Theater sessions.
- Own the integrated operating plan for Demo Hub content, including content readiness, publishing, AV coordination, on-site updates, and last-minute change management.
- Coordinate Demo Hub staffing schedules and train Hub staff on booth-duty expectations and attendee, speaker, and content support.
- Track dependencies, staffing coverage, readiness risks, and timely resolution across content, event, and booth stakeholders.
Lead Strategic Programs
- Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs that span Product Marketing, Partner, and Product Management organizations, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives.
- Coordinate concurrent initiatives while maintaining clear priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting.
- Serve as the operational lead for time-sensitive strategic projects, rapidly stepping into high-priority initiatives to accelerate execution.
Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- 6-8+ years of experience in program management, product marketing, technical marketing, product management, web operations, or a related strategic role.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and high-visibility deadlines.
- Strong operational judgment and the ability to establish governance, operating cadences, clear accountability, and practical decision-making mechanisms.
- Experience with CMS or website operations, content lifecycle management, and web analytics; familiarity with migration, publishing, and quality-assurance workflows.
- Exceptional organizational and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence without authority and maintain high quality in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, AI, or a large-scale digital property.
- Experience defining performance metrics or operating reviews for content, web, digital marketing, or customer experience programs.
- Experience supporting a major event, content program, or other time-sensitive field operation.
Successful candidates will:
- Create a durable operating model that enables consistent website migration, content governance, ownership coverage, and self-service publishing.
- Use measurement and AEO insights to identify high-value improvements and demonstrate the impact of website and content investments.
- Deliver a coordinated, well-staffed, and responsive Oracle AI World Demo Hub and content operation.
- Create alignment across diverse stakeholders while navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and time-sensitive business needs.
