Job Description

  • Project Management, Technical Planning and Implementation of Digital O.R. (Audio/
  • Video solutions), and Intraoperative Imaging projects with focus on EMEA.
  • Drive all projects phases from PO, technical clarifications, site preparation,
  • shipment/delivery, installation, release for clinical use and end-users training within
  • agreed timeline.
  • Assist our Sales team by providing technical support, by reviewing quotes and sketching
  • site specific layouts
  • Draft preliminary technical scheme (video routine diagrams, Video signal transfer
  • customization)
  • Create detailed spatial drawings integrating sites specifics constraints, standards,
  • procedures and workflows.
  • Build truthful and professional relationship with all the project’s actors onsite: biomedical
  • engineers, surgeons, nurses, radioprotection representatives, but also Hospital planners
  • and architects, contractors, third party suppliers, electricians, IT technicians and
  • purchasing agents
  • Manage internal coordination with our order processing, production planning, export,
  • installation specialists, support and educational teams.
  • Feasibility studies for new Operating Rooms areas in hospitals
  • Development of OR design concepts with Brainlab solutions integrated
  • Project management: project planning, project coordination, resource planning, in- and
  • external stakeholder management, demonstrate project ownership, Brainlab face to
  • external partners
  • Close cooperation with customers (surgeons, anesthetists, hospital administration…) and
  • 3rd party vendors
  • Project Documentation

Qualifications

  • Academic degree in engineering, construction or IT, or project management certification
  • Minimum 2 Years Experiences in projects within the medical business (incl. project
  • management)
  • Technical understanding combined with interpersonal and administrational capabilities
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%
  • Profound English skills (additional languages like German, Spanish, French are a big bonus)
