Job DESCRIPTION:

The responsibility of the right candidate will be to actively participate to the deployment, support and adoption of our business transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Business Transformation Team leader.

your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive business readiness and user adoption across multiple transformation initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technology teams.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Facilitate workshops, business reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions to support project delivery and adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain Jira boards, ensuring accurate tracking of project activities, priorities, and progress.
  • Prepare project status reports, executive presentations, meeting minutes, and other governance materials.
  • Support Business Analysts with requirements management, workshop preparation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Monitor project adoption, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns and driving mitigation actions where required.
  • Support the coordination of cross-functional project activities to ensure timely delivery and successful business adoption.

Your PROFILE:

  • 7+ years of experience in Change Management, PMO, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a related role within large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of the Private Equity industry, including fund operations, investment lifecycle, and related business processes.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business and technology functions, including senior management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative professional with a strong focus on driving business adoption and delivering tangible outcomes.
