In this role, you'll:
Lead the delivery of Workers Compensation, Recovery at Work and Health Solutions services, driving performance, compliance and customer outcomes.
You'll lead a specialist team, manage key stakeholder relationships and deliver continuous improvement across injury and claims management services.

About you
You're an experienced leader with a strong background in claims and injury management, skilled at leading teams, improving performance and building stakeholder trust.
You'll bring extensive experience in self-insurance, claims and premium management, along with relevant tertiary qualifications.

This position is located at our Burwood office.
