Full description

The Senior Data Analyst will own end-to-end analytics for multiple key games, proactively identifying high-impact opportunities and translating complex or ambiguous product questions into clear, actionable strategies and experimentation plans.

In this role, you’ll partner cross-functionally with teams across Product Management, Ad Serving, Marketing, and Game Design, using data and insights to inform decision-making, evaluate performance, uncover opportunities, and help drive meaningful improvements across our games and the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests for game features and monetization strategies, turning results into clear recommendations that improve retention, engagement, and ARPDAU.
  • Lead strategic analyses of player behavior and game systems to find growth opportunities and shape the product roadmap.
  • Build AI-powered self-serve agents and workflows that let game teams answer common data questions on their own and make the analytics team more efficient.
  • Define KPIs and build dashboards that track game performance across player types, game systems, and player experience.
  • Write tracking specs with designers and engineers so new features can be measured from day one.
  • Help prioritize data requests for supported games, balancing quick-turn asks with high-impact work.
  • Mentor junior analysts and product partners on experimental design, analysis, and interpreting data, and present findings and business impact to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications for Position:

  • BA/BS in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or another quantitative field.
  • 4+ years in product or data analytics, including 1+ years at a senior level, preferably in tech or gaming.
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Experience with Python or R for analysis and modeling (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting)
  • Strong grasp of experimental design and statistics.
  • Ability to connect analysis to business strategy and present clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Track record of proactively finding opportunities beyond assigned requests.
  • Experience using AI/LLM tools to automate analytics workflows or enable self-serve insights.
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts or teaching data best practices to non-technical partners.
  • Experience working with data engineering, product engineering, and marketing.
  • Nice to have – Experience in the gaming industry, particularly mobile gaming.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation for this role. The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare’ s total compensation package for employees, which may include short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The annual base salary pay range for this role is $135,000- $165,000.
